  • What should I bring on the tour?

    We recommend:

    • Your favorite beverages (beer, wine, sodas – all welcome!)
    • A fully-charged phone so you can play DJ with your playlist
    • Decorations for private tours (keep them friendly and string-tie only)
    • Weather-appropriate clothing – we ride rain or shine!
    • A tip for your awesome pilot and co-pilot – they’ll love you for it!

  • What does Costa Cruisers provide?

    We’ll take care of the essentials:

    • A friendly, professional pilot and co-pilot from our Costa Cruisers team
    • A cooler stocked with ice and bottled water
    • Bike speakers – you bring the tunes, we’ll bring the vibes

  • What is the code of conduct?

    We want everyone to have a safe and fun ride:

    • Always follow your pilot’s instructions
    • No dangerous or unruly behavior

    If guidelines aren’t followed, the tour may be stopped without a refund.


  • Do tours run in the rain?

    We ride in light to moderate rain – it can be part of the adventure! But if extreme weather hits, we’ll cancel or reschedule, and you’ll receive a full refund.

Booking & Payments

  • How do I book a tour?

    Just head to our website, select the tour you are interested in, the number of people in your group and click to purchase. You will then receive an email confirmation with the details of your tour. 


  • When is payment due?

    Total payment is due at booking, typically done online. 


  • How far in advance do I have to book?

    We require that you book your tour 3 days (72 hours) in advance. 


  • Do you offer last minute bookings?

    We sure do - if we have space! Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll try to fit you in full payment required).

  • Is there a minimum group size?

    Yes, public tours require at least 4 participants. If we don’t reach that, we’ll contact you to reschedule or issue a full refund.

Cancellations & Changes

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We offer a full refund 72+ hours in advance; no refund for cancellations less than 72 hours in advance or no-shows.


    If you booked via our website, please contact us on Whatsapp to cancel your tour. If you booked via a third-party (e.g. Viator) please cancel on their site. 


  • Can I reschedule?

    Yes! If you contact us at least 72 hours before your tour. 

  • What if Costa Cruisers cancels the tour?

    If we cancel due to extreme weather or other reasons, you’ll get a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Arrival & Late Policy

  • What time should I arrive?

    Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. 


  • What happens if I'm late?

    Unfotunately, if you are late you will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued. 

  • Will there be a safety briefing?

    Absolutely! Your pilot and co-pilot will go over all safety and emergency procedures before we roll.
